Braedon Behan, CAT(C), CFR
Braedon operates ATP Athletic Therapy out of Suncoast Integrated Health. He completed his Bachelors of Athletic & Exercise Therapy (BAET) at Camosun College in 2018, and soon after pursued certification to be a Certified Athletic Therapist CAT(C) through the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association.
At a young age Braedon experienced a traumatic neck injury and his future in competitive sports was questioned, and ever since then he has had a passion for health and wellness and knew he wanted to pursue a career in the health field and help individuals recover from injuries. Braedon uses a scientific and an integrated approach applying manual therapy and active rehabilitation to help you return to your daily activities/sport pain free and optimal performance. Braedon performs soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, range of motion restoration, muscle strengthening, therapeutic modalities, and much more. Being a multi-sport athlete Braedon preaches what he teaches and understands the importance of living an active life.
Braedon is fortunate enough to have the opportunity to grow up playing a variety of sports and for the experience to work with some incredible athletes and organizations such as the Victoria Royals (WHL) and the Powell River Kings (BCHL) to develop his knowledge and skills. After working with multiple sport teams, Braedon is excited to branch into private practice and offer a style of therapy that hasn’t yet been offered in the Powell River community.
