Raised in Powell River, Kimberley went away to Calgary, AB for schooling at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy where she graduated in May 2019. After receiving her certificate in Registered Massage Therapy from CMTNL, she transferred her credentials to CMTBC in March 2020.
Kimberley has always been interested in health and wellness. Her keen interest in the relationship between mind and body drew her to a profession in massage therapy. Her goal is to better assist her clients in the Powell River community and surrounding area to live a more balanced, pain-free lifestyle. She uses Swedish and Myofascial techniques to treat common musculoskeletal conditions caused by poor posture, flawed biomechanics and traumatic injury. Kimberley has a particular interest in using Deep Tissue and Trigger Point massage to promote and support the body’s natural healing capacity. She is eager to learn and expand her education in the near future with more modalities that will compliment her therapeutic practice.
Kimberly’s other passions in life include reading books, cooking & baking, exercising, spending quality time with her family & friends, and embracing the active outdoor Sunshine Coast lifestyle.
