We are following recommendations of WCB and the Provincial Health Officer which means we’ve made changes to the way our business will be operating going forth:
-Patient appointments will be staggered so that a maximum of 3 patients are in the office at one time
-The waiting room is closed (with few exceptions) and we will ask patients wait in their vehicle until their practitioner comes to get them
-You will have to answer COVID screening questions prior to your attendance at the clinic
-Masks are required to be worn by patients while in the office. Cloth masks are available at the office for use if needed
-Foreheads will be infrared scanned to check for early signs of fever. If signs of fever are detected you will not be allowed into the clinic and 14 day self-isolation is recommended.
-Hand washing or hand sanitizing will be required when you enter the clinic and before you leave the clinic.
-Touchless forms of payment are recommended. Patients are encouraged to use Payfirma, our stored credit card system and avoid bringing wallets into the clinic
-No animals (with the exception of service dogs) will be permitted inside the premises at this time. We will have a shaded area set up outside for animals so they don't have to remain in your vehicle.
-Please avoid bringing anyone to your appointment with you. Exceptions will be made for seniors needing assistance and parents with young children who cannot make alternative arrangements.

Thank you for helping keep us safe while we continue to serve you.

Do you have a mask? You’ll need one for appointments in our office. If you dont have one we have cloth masks available in various sizes that you may borrow for the duration of your visit. Please sani or wash your hands when you arrive and before you leave. Don’t forget to wait in your car when you arrive; your practitioner will collect you once their treatment room is properly sanitized.
